Cancellation Policy
Hey there! When you book a session with Chris, that time is exclusively for you. We have a fair policy in place: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid the full payment. We allow same day rescheduling up to 4 hours the appointment. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before) will also incur the full fee. Thanks for understanding, as it gives us time to fill the slot if needed!
